Sparkle Princess Parties Term and Conditions
Our party booking terms and conditions are outlined below;
PAYMENT- A £50 non-refunable deposit is required at time of the booking, the balance is then due 7 days before the party. The deposit and balance can be paid by either cash or cheque an invoice will be issued. (Cheques are payable to Sparkle Princess parties)
BOOKING- Please check that your required date and time are available before sending your booking form and deposit. Once we receive this we will send you a confirmation email for your Sparkle Princess Party. Please don’t send out invites until you get this party confirmation letter.
INSURANCE- The Company has Public Liability Insurance
CRB- We have Criminal Record Bureau checks
PARTY Nunbers- We will call you a week before the party to confirm numbers of children attending the party and discuss any other arrangements.
HELPING US- We require the child’s parent to be present throughout the duration of the party.
HEALTH AND SAFETY- The homeowner is responsible for the children at the party.
ALLERGIES- We require each child to have a disclaimer completed for them by their parents. This will give permission for them to have simple make-up and face paints. Any allergies must be written on the disclaimer especially if they concern make-up and beauty products. Unfortunately any child without a completed and signed disclaimer will not be able to have any make-up or face paints.
REQUIREMENTS- We require two chairs, a plug socket, a table for craft activities and an area for the princesses to get changed. We will cover up your furnishings to protect from make-up and spillages. We will tidy away our equipment when the party has finished.
FOOD- Unfortunately we are unable to provide the food for the party.
In order for us to go ahead with your Sparkle Princess Party you must have read and agreed to our terms and conditions.
