Why Book a Sparkle Princess Party?
Sparkle princess parties will take the stress and hassle away from parents when organising your child’s party. We will plan the party and entertain your guests from start to finish. We will spend time getting to know your specific party requirements so that we can make the party as special and magical for your child as possible

Should Parents stay or leave?
We have found that our parties run much more smoothly with the presence of fewer adults. However, we do appreciate that some parents may need to stay so that we can be flexible with this. Please remind your guest’s parents that there will be opportunities for photographs at the end of the party so they do not need to stay just for this reason. We do recommend that if is space is limited, adult presence should be kept to a minimum, due to the noise of adults socialising, which can take over the party. If you do have room, we recommend that adults are provided with an area at the opposite end of the room with refreshments and seats so that they do not distract the children too much

Is there a gift provided?
Yes. The birthday girl will receive a special princess related gift from the Disney store. Fellow guests will receive a special princess themed party bag

What time can I have my party?
On a Saturday and Sunday we start morning parties at either 10.30 am or 11.00 am. Afternoon parties start at 3.00pm. Evening parties from 6pm onwards are available on request and we offer extra times during the school holidays such as weekdays. Please ask about these when discussing your booking. However, if you have booked your venue outside of these times we will accommodate you where possible

What areas does Sparkle Princess Parties cover?
Sparkle Princess Parties cover the south Yorkshire area. This includes Barnsley, Sheffield, Rotherham and Doncaster. However, if you live just outside our working area such as Derbyshire, West Yorkshire etc. and have heard about our excellent parties and want to make a booking, please feel free to call us and we will do our best to accommodate you

Will I need to pay a deposit?
Yes you will need to pay a £50 non-refundable deposit to secure your booking. The balance is payable up to 7 days prior to the party.

How far in advance should I book my party?
If you have a particular date and time in mind it is advisable to book as early as possible in order to avoid disappointment.

Can I have face painting at my party?
Yes. If you would like full face paints done for all the children, this is at an added cost of £40

Will I get to speak to my party host prior to the party?
We will call you the week of your party to discuss final party numbers and arrangements.

Do I need to provide anything for my princess party hosts?
You will need to provide a venue for the party to take place in and provide the food for your guests. You will also be responsible for sending out the invitations to guests. At the venue the princess hosts will need access to a plug socket, a table (as large as possible), some chairs and a changing area. Please also ensure you have access to the venue for at least half an hour before and after your party.

Is music provided?
Yes. Your party hosts will provide a wide range of party music which of course includes lots of classic Disney princess songs! We will also provide the music system to play these on.

Can I have my party at home or do I need to provide a hall?
This depends on the amount of children you have invited to your party. You need to decide if you have enough space for the party at home as our parties involve a lot of dancing, games, and also craft work, which can sometimes get messy!

My child is very shy. How can you help?
Please make sure that this is highlighted to the party hosts before the party, either when booking or when your host calls you to discuss the party. As we have two party princess, we can make sure that one princess, can make friends with the birthday girl, and put her at ease as the other princess begins the party. We usually find that with this gentle coaxing out of the limelight, the birthday girl feels much more comfortable with joining in, even if it is not straight away.

What if a princess host is ill and can’t make the party?
If a party host is ill and can’t make the party (this has not happened yet!) we will do our best to arrange for another princess to travel from the enchanted kingdom instead! However, if the party has to be cancelled we will of course return your deposit and balance if it has already been paid.
